For Institutions

The six campus programs

Each program carries a code — quote it when you enquire and we'll know exactly where to start. All programs are delivered by DGCA-certified instructors on type-certified drones with valid UUID, in English, Kannada or Hindi.

MD-DEMO1 DAY

Campus Demo Day

The entry point. A paid DDaaS session on your grounds: live flights of agri spraying, mapping and camera drones, supervised touch-feel-fly rotations, and a careers-in-drones orientation talk for students.

  • 2–3 aircraft classes demonstrated live
  • Student handling rotations, batch-wise
  • Faculty briefing on program pathways
  • Ideal batch size: 60–200 students/day
MD-WKSHP3–5 DAYS

Condensed ground school plus daily flying — built for induction weeks, tech fests, activity periods and skill-development drives.

  • DGCA-mapped ground school (regulations, airspace, safety, mission planning)
  • Simulator sessions + supervised stick time daily
  • Certificate of participation with logged hours
  • Ideal batch size: 20–40 students
MD-SEMSEMESTER

  • Individual flying-hours logbook per student
  • End-of-term flight assessment and report
  • Syllabus co-designed with your department

  • Ongoing remote instructor support
  • AICTE/UGC FDP documentation support
MD-LABADVISORY

  • DGCA compliance, airspace and SOP documentation
  • Safety protocols and maintenance schedules
  • Syllabus mapped to NEP skill goals

Questions Institutions Ask

Straight answers

Do students get a DGCA licence from these programs?

Our programs prepare students for the DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate journey and log genuine supervised flying hours on type-certified aircraft. The RPC itself is issued through DGCA-approved RPTOs — we structure our syllabus to align with that pathway and can guide students to partner RPTOs when they're ready.

Do you handle flight permissions on our campus?

Yes. We plan every campus operation around current DGCA rules and the airspace map — zone checks, permissions where required, and our own safety SOPs. Flights happen only where and when they are legal and safe.

Which languages can you teach in?

English, Kannada and Hindi — including mixed-language batches, which is the norm on most Southern Indian campuses.

Can programs run outside Karnataka?

Yes. Our home ground is Karnataka (Dharwad HQ; delivery points at Bangalore, Davangere and Mangalore) with our sister concern Malhar Drones operating in Maharashtra — and we travel across Southern India for weekly and monthly engagements. For institutions further afield, see our remote and train-the-trainer options.

Why prepaid only?

Because it protects both sides. Your payment reserves real aircraft, instructors and travel for your dates — and in return, you get a confirmed, committed slot rather than a tentative one. It's the one principle that runs across the entire BeatCruit ecosystem.
